GlenOak Senior Advisors (“GlenOak,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides an online experience where visitors complete a short online intake form (available at /intake) to receive a senior-care guidance report based on the information they choose to provide.
If—and only if—you request it, we may also share your inquiry with one independent local senior-care advisor in your city so that advisor may follow up with you directly.
We do not:
Operate a chatbot or live phone concierge
Share your information with multiple advisors in the same city
Share your information directly with senior living facilities
Provide medical, legal, or financial advice
Host public user reviews or forums
By using our site or submitting information, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

We share information with trusted vendors who help us operate the Service (e.g., hosting, email delivery, analytics, security). These providers:
