GlenOak Senior Advisors (“GlenOak,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides an online experience where visitors complete a short online intake form (available at /intake) to receive a senior-care guidance report based on the information they choose to provide.

If—and only if—you request it, we may also share your inquiry with one independent local senior-care advisor in your city so that advisor may follow up with you directly.

We do not:

  • Operate a chatbot or live phone concierge

  • Share your information with multiple advisors in the same city

  • Share your information directly with senior living facilities

  • Provide medical, legal, or financial advice

  • Host public user reviews or forums

By using our site or submitting information, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Information is collected through our online intake form and any related communications you initiate with us.

Contact & identifiers

  • First and last name

  • Email address

  • Phone number

  • City and/or ZIP code

Care context (optional)

  • Timeframe

  • Budget range

  • Payment method

  • Activities of daily living (ADLs)

  • Mobility or cognitive considerations

  • Special needs

  • Free-text notes you choose to provide

  • If you are searching on behalf of another person

You control which fields you submit. Some basic information (such as city and email) is required to generate and deliver your report.

When you visit our site, we may automatically collect:

a) Local advisor you request

If you ask us to connect you, we may share your contact details and care context with one independent local senior-care advisor in your city so they may contact you by phone, text, or email.

This disclosure is made at your direction to facilitate your request and is not a sale of personal information under applicable state privacy laws.


b) Service providers

We share information with trusted vendors who help us operate the Service (e.g., hosting, email delivery, analytics, security). These providers:

  • Act as service providers/processors

  • May use information only to perform services for us

  • Are contractually prohibited from using information for their own marketing or to train generalized AI models

8) Children

Our Service is intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If we learn we have done so, we will delete it.
